The ADA Technical Assistance Program offers a complete listing of:

The Job Accommodation Network, or JAN has a Points of Interest page with links to over 250 disability- and ADA-related web sites.

The President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities has a section of Job Links and a directory of State Liaisons.

The National Organization on Disability Information Resources has lists of employment resources and publications as well as links to Related Sites.

The National Rehabilitation Information Center has over 60,000 disability-related records in five searchable and browsable databases: literature, organizations, timely information, the latest research.

The Rocky Mountain ADA Technical Assistance Center, which we are affiliated with, has a directory of Resources in the Rocky Mountain region as well as a Referral Section.

Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act prohibits housing discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, and national origin. It requires owners of housing facilities to make reasonable exceptions in their policies and operations to afford people with disabilities equal housing opportunities.

Air Carrier Access Act
The Air Carrier Access Act prohibits discrimination in air transportation by air carriers against qualified individuals with physical or mental impairments.
